How to Order
Patients can order repeat prescriptions either online, by calling into the surgery and posting your request in the box provided or by telephone – PLEASE NOTE TELEPHONE PRESCRIPTIONS CAN ONLY BE ORDERED BETWEEN 10AM AND 4PM
Non-urgent advice: Notice
We strongly suggest that you sign up to online services via Patient Access – this will allow you to order repeat prescriptions and make appointments online at any time that is convenient for you.
Ask at reception and the staff will sign you up, it only takes a few minutes.
Always allow sufficient time for your repeat prescriptions to be ready for collection – we ask that you allow 48 hours for a prescription.

Please ask the reception staff for further advice on ordering repeat prescriptions.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
